Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please contact our support team through the contact form on our website at least 48 hours before your next scheduled payment.

Refund Policy

We offer a refund for the demo class fee if you are not satisfied with the session. To request a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of the demo class completion.

For our annual plans, refunds are not provided after the commencement of tutoring sessions. We encourage students to take the demo class to ensure our services meet their expectations before committing to a plan.

In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Yashu Academy.
